After School Program

The After School program was renewed for the 2009/2010 school year in Joplin and is here to stay.  This program is thru a partnership with the Joplin Boys and Girls Club to provide mentors for children enrolled at the JBGC.

Volunteers in this program assist their Little with homework, they play games and sports together.  Similar to the Lunch Buddy program, the After School program follows the school year calendar with Bigs and Littles still having the opportunity to keep in touch during the summer months thru letters and postcards.
